Who We Are

We are a group of dynamic and experienced occupational therapists and occupational therapist assistants who are committed to providing quality therapy to your child.

Our goal is to evaluate your child completely to understand how a personal therapy can most positively impact their life . In conjunction with their parents, caregivers teachers and health practioners we will work together in determining a treatment plan that can optimize your child’s function and independence.

We currently have OT services to children ages 0-21 years that will benefit from therapy. Houston Pediatric Therapy can help eliminate long wait lists and provide families with therapists that are readily available for services.

Meet the Founder

Houston Pediatric Therapy is a therapist-owned and therapist-operated company. We provide skills and support to children, up to 21 years of age, who have unique needs and early disabilities.

Our services are attentive to developing and nurturing skills that include: fine motor coordination, sensory integration, self-care, handwriting, visual/motor skills and much more!

Esther Puig, founder of HPT, has been an pediatric OT since 1998. Upon graduating from University Of Texas., medical branch Galveston with a bachelors degrees of science in Occupational Therapy,  she has immersed herself in the world of pediatrics. Her background includes experiences with NICU, early intervention services , home and school based therapy with children of all ages and diagnosis. Esther collaborates with her team of therapists all over the Houston area to provide excellent services in the home and school setting.

Office Administrators

From left to right we are Patty, Mona and Sonia. We make up the office staff and assist all our therapist with scheduling and other admin needs they may have. We service around 45 therapist, OTR and COTA, in Houston and the surrounding area.
